Peter, Sr. Extension Associate at Cornell University, adds his thoughts to ‘Adam’s Apples’ blog evaluation of EverCrisp.
“This is a late season winner in the Hudson Valley. The fruit is rock hard, very dense, proving to be a long-term cold storage keeper, not requiring CA. And as you mentioned this variety increased move of new varieties toward the increased complexity of flavor.” – Peter Jentsch, Sr. Extension Associate, Horticulture, Cornell University
