EverCrisp apples are a brand new thing. They are a cross between Honeycrisp apples and Fuji apples and are being produced commercially now for the first time. According to Eckert, who is president of Eckert’s Inc., the apples are a little sweeter than Honeycrisp, and have the same crisp and crunchy texture.”
